LIGHT AND NATURAL MAKEUP
Although you wouldn’t want to look dull on a rainy day,
that you plan to put on luminous shade of makeup, please don’t. Try to keep
your make up as natural as possible. A natural shade of blush would keep your
face happier.
Use waterproof mascara, and coat lashes well. But you
might not know that you should only use waterproof formulas occasionally, it's
too drying for everyday use!
